I really enjoyed my stay, the beds were clean, bathroom was...
I really enjoyed my stay, the beds were clean, bathroom was very clean, and the rooms feel like a 5 star hotels. I will surely book this hotel again in the future. The one person i want to thank is fadi at the check in, he was such a humble person and helped me alot.
Everything was fine as expected for a 4 star hotel.

The bathroom was clean Quiet environment Wifi is good
Unprofessional front desk staff, they laugh at your face if you come drunk. They even ignore you if they are a bit busy. Even heard them refer to a guest as the “Fat guy”. My door would only open by a Master key, so every time i would come to my room i had someone accompany me to open the door. Which was awkward. Under the bed was so dirty, water bottles, dirt, toys, chocolate papers...

The worst hotel ever!!!!!!!! Don't book it!!!
There was nothing good except from the fact that it's in good location.
The worst hotel I have ever been at! I wouldn't give 1 star for it. We have booked a suit with the view to the city and sea, but we got a room at the 4 th floor and the only thing we saw from our window was an ugly parking place and ugly houses. I went down to the reception, cause I was wondering about it, but got a message that they are fully booked for the night and that I have to speak with a manager tomorrow. But after we spend the first night, I didn't even want to talk to anybody, cause the level of the hotel was clear and I wouldn't have got a better room anyway. I had to ask for another pillow, cause the pillows were too hard and lumped after many years of wash, so it was impossible to sleep. The pictures on the website are very nice, so we expected to get a suite as it was pictured. But Oh My God, what a disaster met us from the inside! Everything is old and smelly! Nothing has been charged from the time the hotel was build. And already the next day I got rashes on my legs cause I got bitten all over either by BEDBUGS or by FLEES. The next evening came a housmade to clean the room, but we didn't get shampoo, shower gel, we got only one towel and no water! So for water and coffee you have to pay! The breakfast was boring and the same every morning. It was not tasty at all, no fruits, from vegetables there were served only tomatoes, cucumber and olives. One of the mornings milk was old, so my husband and one other gest showed it to a waitress. He came then with fresh milk, but how could it ever happen at all??? The rest of the day my husband had stomach problems and we told them at the reception, but the only think we got back - was the shortest apology - I am sorry. We are talking about a 4 stars hotel!!?? What is wrong with the manager and those who are giving the stars for the hotels?? Horrible experience, horrible hotel, horrible personnel, especially ladies in the reception - no hallo, no eye contact what so ever!!!
